- In order to be in the top half of the globe wealthwise, you need to have a net worth of at least $4,210.
- Doing better than that? Well, for a net worth of at least $93,170, you are a top 10 percenter in global wealth.
- Are you a one percenter!? You better have a net worth of at least $871,320.
You did it! Or: You can do it!
If you know anyone who is a one percenter -- most of us do -- or are one yourself, you know that a net worth of less than a million ($871,320) may make you a global one percenter, but may also be someone who has a house and is just getting by in Seattle, New York or San Francisco. There is some truth to: 'poor one percenter.' Wealth is relative.
