He would probably just ask Pablo, if that option was still available, because he himself was quite involved in the Colombian political system through his largess and carnage. Their website, impeachtrumpfund.com, is pretty entertaining, but maybe you hate Trump so passionately you would get into bed with one of the founders of the bloody Medellín cartel. First, though, should he not still have access to enough of this money to make this happen?
