That South Carolina lottery ticket holder with the 1.5 billion dollar winning ticket has decided not to come out of the woodwork, yet. Hmmmmm... They have until April 21, 2019 to claim their winnings.

Maybe they do not need the money. Whatever the take, if they want to send us the ticket, we would be forever grateful. (We could find some juicy info inside the billionaire club's inner circle.)
