Russian billionaire Dmitry Mikhalchenko is headed to a penal colony for smuggling alcohol into Russia. He is a very well connected Russian who seems to now be on the wrong side of some of his benefactors. He will be in the penal colony for nearly 5 years, unless there is intervention -- purchased or otherwise.
