Sovereign wealth entities are the fastest way to incredible wealth these days, as we have discussed. There is a suggestion that billions held for the benefit of the Libyan people, from Libya's killed Muammar Gaddafi's hoard, is missing. Billions missing in Belgium? Banks are supposed to have all of these compliance controls, but like most things money related, if you have enough there seems to be a way to circumvent. Unless, the lowly teller in a branch is doing their job...perhaps the only one doing their job.
