A decision has been made. We talked earlier about billionaire Richard Liu being arrested for rape: Is it the Money's Fault for Assault? Well, they have decided not to charge him.

Some will say that he is getting away with sexual assault because he is a billionaire, while others will say he was only accused so someone could profit from his billions. Either way, there will be no charges and the victims will part ways without the judicial system determining who was the actual victim.

No comment, if you want to keep it polite.

There has been a lot of coverage of the Chinese billionaire accused of rape, but what is most absurdly interesting is the prosecutor in Minnesota lying from the get go, saying his wealth is irrelevant.

Anyone? Anyone on the planet believe this?

China has a thing referred to as Black Jail. Right now, one of the people they have locked away is the wife of Liu Changming, a man accused of joining the billionaire club by stealing money as a Chinese official -- shocker! -- via a massive fraud scheme. Out of the reach of the Chinese government, they nabbed his wife.

You have to ask, when a billionaire is accused of a crime, if the money made them do it? No, we are not saying the money is responsible for the crime, but we wonder, with such vast wealth and generally being surrounded by sycophants, if they believe they are a bit above the law. (They are.)
